​Recurring Care

• Newborn care only (birth to 6 months).

• Daytime or overnight​

• 30 hour per week minimum. 

• Light baby-related tidying: bottles, pump parts, toys, and baby laundry.

• Rate $25 - $35 p/hour.

Newborn Sleep Coaching

• Initial in-home visit: $100.

  • 60 to 90 minute face-to-face meeting with parent(s) & baby​. 

• Remote support/education: $50 per week (pre-paid).

  • Includes daily review and analysis of sleep logs, periodic texts with tips and suggestions, and 1/2 hour one-on-one phone support. 

  • Remote support/education continues as long as it is needed and can be suspended or cancelled at any time.
